Job Description
Grupa Transportowa M4 & JKW invites international C+E category drivers from Ukraine, Belarus, and Moldova to join our team. While experience driving in Europe is an advantage, it is not mandatory. We provide full support at every stage of your career: from assistance with adapting to European routes to guidance in preparing all necessary documents for legal employment in Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Transporting goods on international routes. You will be driving on routes through the Benelux countries, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and Austria.
- Operating modern tractor units from brands like DAF, MAN, Scania, and Volvo (2021-2025 models) with a Jumbo tandem trailer.
- Handling related documentation and coordinating with dispatchers who provide 24/7 support in Russian, Polish, and English.
Working Conditions:
- Salary of €100 per day.
- Stable employment based on a formal Polish employment contract (umowa o pracę).
- Flexible work schedules: 4/1, 5/1, 6/2, or 8/4 (weeks on/weeks off). Schedules can also be arranged by individual agreement.
- Work in full compliance with labor laws and the EU Mobility Package.
